Shipping policy
All domestic orders (within the contiguous United States) with items that are in-stock ship within 3 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 3 to seven 7 days from the ship date. For services such as larger items, freight, blanket wrap or white glove, delivery can vary based on location and the individual piece and will be communicated by Burns Antiks once the order is submitted and the transport service is confirmed. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by email. Due to the custom nature of many of our items, delivery lead times will vary. We do our best to also include any shipping notes on timing (such as backordered or made-to-order items) in the listing description.
It is important to note that these are estimated shipping times and are subject to availability of products and/or manufacturer's availability. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with a shipment date and you can decide to either keep the order as is, cancel the item or cancel the entire order.
IN-STORE PICKUP
For our local clients in Southeast, Texas, we offer an in-store pickup option, free of charge. We will contact you by phone or email when your items are ready. Items are usually ready for pickup immediately or within 24 hours of your purchase. Pickups can be made here:
